Pot Limit Omaha 101

Ok iv not pld any PLO but im looking for any info from noobie level before i start playing. Looking for:

essential books
web links
hand charts

also there doesnt seem to be an anthology in the Omaha High forum, any essential links to previous 2+2 posts would be awsome.

cheers

If you do a search you should be able to easily find all the recommendations from 2+2ers as far as books go.

I won't lock the thread based on your request for websites and charts.

coastie, I'm in the same boat as you, and what am I doing is reading every single post as far back as I can find for the omaha hi forum. Great way to read some nice comments about hands from micro-limits to 10-20. Another nice aspect about that strategy is that it's free!

Another good resource is the aba/stinger set of videos on PLO at cardrunners.

Once you've found your feet in Omaha I would recommend Rolf Slotboom's book. It is by no means a beginners "how to play Omaha" book, but instead provides some strategies for beating different types of games and players.

I also found it very useful for my pot-limit holdem game, which is a real plus given the dearth of literature on PLHE.
