Any good books about no-limit shorthanded holdem? I really want to read about shorthanded game.

Kill Everyone appears to have a chapter on NL Short handed play, but that book isnt out yet.

People need to clarify what aspect of the game they refer too. Cash or tourney.

I've just seen on Amazon that Vorhaus has a new Killer poker book due out. It's a shorthanded no limit book due out next week. (27th September).
