Regulations governing jackpots

I just moved back to CA and I'm pissed about the jackpot. Does anyone know where to find (if they exist) regulations governing the size and administrative fee relating to jackpots? I can't find ANYTHING on the books, and it is a total scam. I played in a 30/60 game last night that took a jackpot drop. The jackpot is capped at $15,000 -- what a crock, this place drops that much in a day easy at $1 per hand.

Re: Regulations governing jackpots

I think jackpot regulations are determined by the individual casinos.
