Unfortunately the new ipod doesn't do Java, so the Java based rooms that run in the browser are out. There are no Ajax based real money rooms available that I know of. This is what you'd need to run on the ipod.

Hopefully someday Apple release an SDK for the ipod and iphone allowing native apps and poker rooms can write client for it.

Everything works, just run Parallels and Boot Camp and blah blah blah.

Parallels and Boot Camp aren't going to work on the ipod. I'm assuming the OP meant the Safari browser on the ipod rather than on a standard Mac.

OTOH, the guys on this site seem to think that a native MAc client for 'Stars is imminent--imminent being defined as the next month or so...

I'm getting closer and closer to switching--there are very few Windows apps left where I can't find an equivalent or better app for Mac.
