NL 600: I hit jackpot on turn

UTG+1 is Shazmeister who is running like 17/8 over a decent sample size. He limps a fair amount and is somewhat on the passive side but occasionally fights back if he feels he is being run over. Button is sidhartha, a meh 17/9 TAG who seems to overplay his hands occasionally. I have been TAGy running like 15/12.

check, almost always someone will try an rep the flush.

if button bets $150 would you call and try and trap UTG+1 into calling or check raise?

Why not lead out for $150 too make it look like your afraid of the flush and hope someone raise you?

Check/raising makes your hand really obvious doesnt it? If you check call what's the plan for the river? Donk shove or check and hope for a bet?

I certainly don't play this level, but it seems we've already got 2 callers on the flop that like their hand. I agree with what's said above, it seems leading out on the turn is more consistant with a TPTK sort of hand compared to a made flush.

There is not really many hands that would try to start representing the flush on that board. maybe like pair of 8's? other than that there is no point in checking, I would bet it hard or bet it weak depending how good or bad my opponents are.

As A standard I like a bet of like 140, that pretty much tells your opponents only that you have something something but not really sure what.

betting is actually the best way to avoid giving away the true strength of your hand

Lead the turn here. $200 seems good. Hope for action from lower flushes or disbelieving sets etc. The opponents you described are more likely to call a turn bet light then they are to try and body slam you off the pot if you check. Check raising or check calling will basically announce your hand anyway, so you may as well build a pot now.

With your image, I'd say lead weakly (~$140).
