i think nucharge is trying to screw me
 

so everytime i try to transfer funds to my atm card it declines and just gets transfered over to my australian dollars account. I called them and they lodged a support ticket for me but now I'm calling back and theres no answer.

I wouldn't panic too much at this point. Nucharge definitely has some issues and I have had a couple problems with them already. But both times I logged a "ticket" on their website and they were able to address the issue pretty quickly. One time an issue delayed a ACH withdrawal by about 10 days. Another time there was an issue with my ATM card balance, but they corrected it within a few hours.

Make sure to log a ticket on their website though.

u have to transfer to AUD, and then transfer from AUD to ur ATM account, pm me if u have any problems.. i had the same thing happen to me
