You have got to 3 bet this from the bb (and any other position for that matter). I'd 3 bet to about $3.5 or $4. Then the hand plays much differently, and easier.

If i 3 bet, am i folding to a 4 bet? I guess i was thinking his raise indicated a strong hand at the top of the range

Not aggressive enough as you dont raise till turn! I dont see why call preflop, call flop then raise turn? Are you trying to trap him? Tricky plays are pretty -EV at these stakes. raise raise raaaaaaaise preflop.

Why did you skew his range towards the upper end? You say he is 30/10 but only after 30 hands, so I hope you are not making any assumptions based off of the stats at this point. Also, you realize that you are only behind AA and KK right?

Your line is way too weak. You must 3bet pre-flop to either attempt to take the pot down or at least get heads up. If he pushes your 3bet, I call at this level. I would also lead out pot at this flop.

As played I would raise the flop to at least see what I am at. If raised, you are most likely behind. If called, re-eval the turn.

Your turn bet is also too much imo. You can accomplish the same thing with a pot sized about in the 12-13 range. I realize you are committing yourself to the pot at this point, but most of the time he is only going to call your all in if you are beat.

where's the aggression?

rr pf/bet flop. take it from there.

given the way we got there, i guess this is fine. but previous streets were played so strange its hard to offer any great advice.

Thanks for the advice, he ended up calling and showing KK, but I think I need to cut down on trap plays and play abc a little more.

don't like it. i don't think you have to 3bet preflop, but your line is inconsistent. if you're going to shove turn, i think you should be 3betting pre or at least check-raising the very drawy flop.

here are some lines i prefer:

-3betting preflop (folding to a 4bet)
-calling preflop, then donking the flop (folding to a raise from mp, getting all in against sb)
-check-calling flop and check-calling turn (probably folding to a river shove)
