I can't really put him on a hand, because his range is so wide here. ( TP, Straight, Flush etc.)
With TP/2Pair/Set he wouldn't call a reraise, a straight is also unlikely, cuz he would protect more on the turn.
So, should I shove or call here?

I call. He's probably got two pair.

Type in "got the 8?", then raise to $23.

call. i really don't think playing a big pot with a 3 high flush against such a nit is a vg idea.

Why would we be calling if we think he probably has two pair?

See Mr. Pozzer's response.

Maybe we lose some value by calling as opposed to raising, but I don't think this guy's calling a raise unless he has a higher flush. He might pay off with a straight, set or two pair, but I don't think so. Guys with 10% VPIP usually don't lead on the river with those hands on this board. If he's calling, it's probably Kx of spades.
