Villain appears to be sizing his flop and turn bets to get it ai on the river. Your decision on whether or not you want to stack off here is determined by your flop call/fold.

I fold this hand because it really looks like villain has a weak Kx. Villain's calling range from the button, especially given his shortstack, is HUGE. I feel like he shows down some trash hand like K7 or K8 here a good % of the time.

Fold it and wait for a better spot.

I fold, I doubt he bets a flush draw in position given his stack size he probably checks QJ or J10 as well, he has Kx and knows he's ahead when you check so he vbets.
