Withdrawing Money From Fulltilt?
I have been trying to withdraw money from fulltilt with no success. Does anyone know how to recieve a check from them? I tried but they were asking for email codes and all this other [censored].

Re: Withdrawing Money From Fulltilt?
When they initially stopped doing electronic transfers, I had to email them a copy of my drivers license and a recent utility bill as proof of who & where I was. The whole process went fairly smoothly & took less than a week.
If memory serves, I initiated it by requesting a withdrawal when I had no valid withdrawal method (I never deposited via epassporte or anything). They sent me an email telling me I had to fax or email them that info, I scanned the documents & emailed them back, a day or two later they replied and said I was good to go. At first I had the same problem with check delays that many other players had (they were setting up a new check processor & got swamped with requests), but in the past 3 months or so all my checks have been accurate & timely, usually taking about 1 week from request to delivery. |

Did you ever see them request some sort of email code?

Did you ever see them request some sort of email code? [/ QUOTE ] I have no idea what you're talking about. It might be something that they've instituted recently (I went through this process more than 6 months ago), but I honestly don't know. |
Re: Withdrawing Money From Fulltilt?
If you would like to withdraw your funds by check, checks are delivered
by USPS mail and average 15 business days for delivery (from the time of your withdrawal request: 1-4 days processing and 3-11 days delivery time). Business days are Monday through Friday with the exception of bank observed holidays. Delivery times to destinations outside the Continental United States will vary. You may request a check withdrawal once per 24 hours and up to twice every 7 days. Checks can be requested for withdrawals between $150.00 and $5,000.00. Prior to your first check withdrawal, you must verify your account information by sending us your valid photo ID and proof of address. Please send us clear copies of each of these two documents: 1) Photo ID: One of the following: Valid driver's license, passport, or other government-issued ID that clearly shows your date of birth and the ID?s date of issue/expiry. 2) Proof of Address: One of the following: Bank/credit card statement, utility/cell phone bill, or home/auto insurance papers (recently dated - within past 60 days - and in your name). Requirements: - Copies must be clear and legible (400 DPI or higher recommended for scanned copies) - Only full page documents accepted (bill/pay stubs, folded papers and cut-off sections do not apply) - Address verification must match your Full Tilt Poker account - Edges and corners cannot be cut off We prefer that you email us scanned images of your documents, as this method yields better results; many office supply stores provide scanners for public use. You may also take digital photos of your documents and email them to us, provided that they are in focus, and unobstructed by camera flashes. However, you may also fax these documents toll-free in North America to 1-877-TILT-FAX (1-877-845-8329), or international long distance by dialing your country calling code followed by our fax number. For example, from Europe dial: 00+1+877-845-8329. Please remember to include your Player ID on all pages. If you are going to fax your documents, we suggest lowering the contrast on the photocopier to ensure better legibility. Once your identification is successfully reviewed, we will notify you that you have been approved for checks. You may then request a withdrawal through the Cashier window. Please do not submit your request before you receive this confirmation as your withdrawal will be voided or sent to a previous processor. After your request is submitted, you will receive an automated email from Full Tilt Poker confirming that your request is being processed and a follow-up email once it has been approved or declined. NOTE: If you bank with Citizens Bank (US), we advise you to contact Full Tilt Poker Support at prior to depositing your check at a Citizens Bank branch or ATM to avoid lengthy delays. Alternatively, we are happy to offer wire transfer withdrawal services for our high stakes players who need to move a large amount of funds from their Full Tilt Poker account. Wire transfer withdrawals must be a minimum of $20,000 and are typically processed within 3-5 business days. If you would like to take advantage of our wire transfer withdrawal service, please send your request to for further instructions. I hope I was able to address your concerns. If you have any further questions, please feel free to email us back at Full Tilt Poker Support. Kindest regards, Emily Full Tilt Poker Support |
