He has a 9 PFR. You can go ahead and 3-bet it and you'll take it right there a lot. If his PFR was something like 2 I might just call, try to out-flop him and hope he decides to bluff me or overplay his hand.

If he calls the 3-bet, you're going to have some decisions to make on the flop. I'd cbet almost any flop.

As played, donk flop, good chance he has overcards.

I'd have 3bet preflop, but coldcalling is fine.

And i don't understand your frustration. He almost always has a pair when he pots this flop.

As played, c/f is standard since you missed the flop.

As for PF, how much respect do you normally give raisers in EP?

Usually more than in late position.

I'm not really frustrated, just wanted to check if my line wasn't too weak in this situation.

What is the likelihood you will flop one of your cards? I always mess up trying to calculate this, and I think it would be pertinent in this situation.

Holding AK, 33% of the time you flop at least one Ace or King

I think 3betting is good occasionally but I will coldcall like this too. Its good to know that even if you just coldcall, assuming he c-bets like he did here, you are still +EV .33(14)=4.66, and you are calling 3.5 to see the flop.

In a situation like this I am really hoping to be against AQ or really overzealous AJ. What do you guys think is the best line in these situations? I usually like to lead all streets, but I have to slow down a little by the end or else most people will fold weaker A.

Its not terrible, but I think your ahead here most of the time vs. this villian. I likley would have 3-bet preflop, and if I didnt, Im def. calling here and revaluating on the turn. I would raise occasionally, and last of my options im folding.
From the SB though im definitely 3-betting and leading the flop. Fold is fine here OOP.
