BB has been in a fair few pots, but he has had a very good hand in literally every showdown.

Was planning to call-raise, but at the lest minute decided to take a flop and try to outplay him

Pre-flop I think you should have re-raised him, or bet out originally, I don't like flat-calling there.

Flop, with your weak play pre-flop he can have a pretty wide range here so I'm going to say shove here.

Don't get fancy. Just raise it preflop.
