I would like to create a Paypal account, and transfer money from my Neteller account.

Is it Possible?

Maybe I can transfer money from my PokerStars (or another site) to my new Paypal account, and not to my Neteller account.

Is it possible?

NO, paypal doesn't deal with any gambling sites.
