internet gambling in military
 

Does anyone have any experience who's in the U.S. Military specifically navy and airforce who is able to play online poker? Can you have your own laptop out at sea? Any help is much appreciated as i'm thinking of a military career but don't want to have to give up poker for good.

You have a lot more weighty issues to consider, but ... there is no apparent ban on playing by US military personnel Stateside.

I think that there would be bans for on-base web access however, and have been told they exist.

(Ironically, the military itself operates on-base gaming and makes millions of dollars from it.)
