Which rake is the most favorable
 

If you had to pick a game to play assuming you played all games about the same which would you pick:
$2-4 Limit rake $2 at $20 pot + another $1 at $30 pot and another $1 at pot $40
$4-8 Limit at the same rake
$1-2 No Limit time charge at $6 per 30 minutes

4-8 limit and 2-4 limit will be about equal and the the $1-2 nl $6 is by far the worst
