Quick background:
I was married (I have a kid), wife cheated on me, I'm divorced, wife is still with other guy, is pregnant, doesn't want to marry other guy.

So my ex-wife tells me that she isn't going to marry the other guy or have the baby take his last name because it will make custody squabbling easier. Problem is that her last name is still my last name! So this bastard child from the guy she cheated on me with is going to have my last name?
