$11, BB preflop: pot committed or not?

I'm BB with trash, getting 1:2.5 odds to call shove from unknown button. What opening range can we give him?

Using SNGWiz, call is ok when btn opens 88% (edge 0.19), and exactly +0.00 EV when opening 70%. How close can I make this call, considering also that I'll be pot committed as SB in next hand?

I only fold when the button is tight.
