His most likely hand is QKs or QJs, maybe a pair &lt;88. Anyway, yes this is a good card to bluff and given your read I like the play.

Yes definitely a good card to bluff especially considering they don't like calling c-bets so it's unlikely they called with A high on the flop and will definitely be scared of you having that card.

I guess it's just a personal choice but I'd bet smaller around 22-25 like I would if I were value betting an ace, but in general I do like this.

this is good, villain has something like 99, 77, or 66, and while this is an obv. bluff, it's also believable that you play Ax like this.... you're obv. not folding a Q, but you should fold the weaker PPs
