Under what circumstances would you beat up a guy?
 

I was just wondering under what circumstances you guys would beat someone up (assuming that you could and also get away with it, of course). I'm trying to think of some examples that I would do it for, but I can't think of many.

Mine include: raping or sexual abuse of anyone in my family and maybe close friends, someone trying to attack me or steal from me or my friends/family (but not after the fact, just during).

I know a lot of people out there would beat up some guy for cheating on their sister or something, but I would never do that.

I don't think that I would beat anyone up as a punishment, and if someone is threatening myself or my family I would just shoot them so not too many circumstances.

Guys in fights with friends.

Guys cheating on friends' sisters or in some other way hurting a friend's sister.

Guys who try to fight me.

are you asking under what circumstances is it right to do so, or under what circumstances you would regardless of it being right? I think I'd beat someone up less than it would be right for me to do so cuz I'm not especially pugnacious.

I like to fight, but I never provoke anyone, at the slightest provocation though I will, usually though its not a real fight though, becuase I dont jaw back and forth, he yaps, I just hit the guy and either he drops or it is broken up so there is only one real punch thrown.
