[NL100] AA heads-up on turn, drawheavy board

This hand is from my review I just did on my play from a couple of days ago. Villain's stats are 40/20/2-ish when I look at him now, but since it was earlier in the session I don't know what read I had on him at the time. Probably suspected he was a LAG though.

When I shoved the turn, the pot size was about the same as villain's stack, ~$45.

It's perfectly fine if this sucks, so feel free to berate me. I'm a good limit player but an NL noob.

I'd prefer betting $35ish on the turn and calling a push. Stack off on any river I think.

not a big fan. He raises it to 2bb preflop...so he either has some funky hand or he's trying to entice some action with a decent pp. You raise and he calls. QQ and JJ are 2 of his pp's he could have, then the 9 comes and you've just about completed anything he could have called with. I don't see how you'd be able to play like that. AQ and AJ you beat, but neither of them would have a 2bb raise pre. I think you check on the turn and evaluate the river.

why are you so paranoid? it is unlikely that villain minraised w/ QQ/JJ pf and i seriously doubt that villain floated with a 9. even if he did, if villain is indeed a lag, his pf range is wider than this.

i think these bets are too big. i would go 10-12 on the flop, 35ish on the turn.
