heard some people talking about it last night but can't remember the name. The name of the movie has two words in it (no, its NOT lucky you). Its about some guy who i think works for the casino but is a degenerate gambler and goes broke over and over again. I would like to see it but can't remember the name.

Owning Mahowny? Banker 'borrows' money (steals it) from the bank and goes to atlantic city and vegas where he gets treated like a high roller before going busto? It started with him as a degenerate losing his own money.
