I'm in Vienna now, going to play at one of the Casino Wiens tonight, any advice? What to expect?

Hi Stan,

Casino Wien only has three poker tables and they are not offering the game every night. If they do, the rake is very high (5% capped at €15) and the dealers are very slow. The only game they offer is € 2/4 NL Hold'em Buy-in € 100 min, no max buy-in.

If you want to play poker I suggest you come visit us at the Concord Card Casino Vienna. We are open 24/7 and you will find many games to choose from. LHE NLHE and PLO games are always running.

BTW I am the Tournament Director there. Today the tournament starts at 6 pm NLHE freezeout € 24 buy-in 250 players.

Depends on which game and limit you play.

LHE 3-6 rake is € 3
LHE 20-40 rake is € 5
NLHE depends on size of pot, max rake is € 10 for pots over € 900
PLO Blind 2 no drop, € 5 time for every dealer down (30 min)

For high limit and mixed games time charge between € 9 and € 15 for every dealer down.

€ 1 Jackpot drop in all games except High Limit and mixed games.
