Wtf is this?

It says "No Limit Hold'em Buy-In $30 + $3" in the main lobby, and apparently each registered has added $30 to the prize pool.
However, in the tournament info it says "No Limit Hold'Em; Buy-In: $3000 + $300" oh and the rebuys cost $3, then I get the rebuy mania part. But what's up with $3k?
