A5o in BB fun

PokerStars 1/2 Hold'em (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

PFR I suspect is a 2p2er, due to the 3+ tabling he has been doing, plus his sn. other 2 probably haven't been too fabulous, so far I've seen them both post utg/utg+1.

Preflop: Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG :#A500AF(probable2p2er)/ raises, MP calls, 2 folds, SB calls, Hero calls.

Flop: (8 SB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, probable2p2er calls, MP folds, SB folds.

c/c, c/r, and bet out all seem good here. I voted bet to try to take it down now. Looking back, I think checking, and either calling if 2p2er bets and it's multiway, raising if HU is better.

Turn: (5 BB) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, probable2p2er raises, Hero calls.

River: (9 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, probable2p2er checks.

Final Pot: 9 BB

I don't mind the flop donk since I personally would not cbet OC's if I were him in a 4way pot; some people do though.
Turn is tough; I like a better read to say either B/C or B/F.
River no idea, I think AJ is his most likely hand if he bets though so i wouldn't c/r. Advising a donk is probably results-oriented b/c I never do it but it may be the best play here.

I think a check raise is fine but donk works too.
Turn, he could have KJ but you should probably discount half your Ace outs which makes it a fold.
I too check/call. If villain had KJ or KK, he should have bet.

With 2 callers after the raiser I would fold this preflop. You're basically hoping to catch an ace and then hope it's good. With a suited ace I would call.

I think that when you get raised on the turn, you have odds to chase a 5 outer. However, you have to have the discipline to fold the river when you don't catch an ace or 5. Calling the turn raise has one advantage - when villain is semibluffing two hearts for example, you can win the hand because he will often check behind on the river with his worse hands.

But since you donked the flop, villain figures you for a made hand, so he's likely not semi-bluffing the turn.

I don't think you have 5 outs here. Villain could be slowplaying a big hand like 99, or else he's got AJ, QTh, KJ/KK. Some hands you have 5 outs against, others you are drawing dead. Plus, you don't always win a bet on the river when you have the best hand or improve to the best hand (as illustrated in this hand). So I'd probably just fold right there on the turn. As played, I would also check the river for fear of getting raised.

I also fold this PF usually. I just hate the spot you end up in postflop.

I do too, but with the other caller in there it can't be much of a mistake. Problem is you don't get paid off that much when you hit an ace and have the best hand. You wind up paying off when you hit an ace and don't have the best hand. Also, your hand doesn't play well multiway, so there is a good chance of flopping good and getting drawn out on. Plus you are out of position, though your relative position is good. I'd dump it preflop but it may not matter either way.
