i think you see the bare King fairly often here.

I often check behind on flops like this. Am I the only one?

Not a nice spot but I don't think you need any help here. You know what he doesn't have: the nut flush or a high flush. It is unlikley, but not impossible, that he has a low flush given the pre-flop call. It is possible that he has the naked king. It's possible that he has trips or two pair. It's possible, but unlikley, that he has nothing at all.
It's going to be a substantial portion of your stack to call and there's not much you're beating at the moment and he very likley has outs. I let this one go.

No. I think you can either bet out hard to try and win the hand right there or check behind hoping to see a brick or help on the turn. Checking also maintains some pot control.

Either way, with the checkraise allin, this is now a very difficult decision. With no read on the sb, I think you have to plug the ranges in, do the math and go with the results.

I'm trying to come up with a range of hands that you beat here - does the villain cold call like this very often?

It's hard not to see this as either a hand that beats you (AK, AT?, TT, 88, two diamonds), or is on some kind of combo draw, especially one that includes an ace and a diamond. If this is right, you are a little ahead or crushed like a bug, so I think I type "Nb." and move along.

I like to keep the pot as small as possible here. Looks like a standard check-raise semibluff to me, don't think you can call though.
