FTP, rkerebate.net, when do they transfer
 

Hi,

about 1.5 years ago I opened an FTP account via rakerebate, transfered some money, lost it and didn´t play at all there anymore. This march I decided to transfer my game to FTP and payed about 2.5k in rake there (in march only). So far I haven´t recieved any money from rakerebate. I was told that the money would be transfered around the 20th of the following month, but since today is the 22th and nothing happened I just wanted to know whether some of you already recieved the march-rakekack from FTP via rakerebate.net.

Hello Martin,

We are currently looking into why your account hasn't been credited with last month's rakeback. Since it is weekend it is tough to get hold of the right people at FTP. Please be patient a couple of days more, and we'll get back to you as soon as we receive an answer from Full Tilt.
