That turnbet is really scary. He's basically saying: "I want to get my stack in there, but the pot is not big enough, so I make a decent bet and will get the rest in on the river." It's a kind of dry board, so he problably has nothing or a solid hand. Unless he's a maniac, TPTK won't be good here, most of the time.

Villain has to have a history of being a donkey overplaying top pair bad/decent kicker for me to push this. Flat calling is out of the question, and I fold here against solid or unknown players. Looks like QT or a set to me.
