Are you convinced that he has T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] down? Perhaps he's over-playing his Aces as well? If you're folding sixth, you should fold to the cap on fifth.

I'd just call down after the checkraise on 5th but since you decided to 3bet I'd fold to the cap because he is rolled up or has the case QQ like always.

I don't see how you could fold 6th given the pot size. Call down unimproved, and get a raise in with aces up.
