I'd just call PF
15/30 blinds I dont like the idea of taking the woooooping 45+60= t105 pot right here.

You can try to isolate yeah, you have positon on a donky villian but when he is as bad as you said just make it more pf, he will call you regardless and look at the flopcards.

What I want to say is : Call for setvalue, or raise (more) to isolate/protect your JJ.
I'd prefer the first
but it seems like your bet is somewhere in between.

Call preflop or make a bigger three bet.
As played that flop is really close against an idiot, calling or folding can't be bad.
