Definitive 200 Albums
The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame recently released a list of the "Definitive 200" albums that should be in everyone's collection.

I lost my ability to give a rat's ass about this list when I saw the Dixie Chicks ranked ahead of Marvin Gaye. A serious WTF to the people who put this together.

The list was put together by the National Association of Recording Merchandisers. They're basically trying to push these 200 albums. Presumably, there'll be kiosks and endcaps with these CDs prominently displayed
