Wow it really looks like he was chasing here, but he could still have a worse nine (maybe? possibly?). I'm probably making a blocking bet here then folding to a push. If he's 30/20 he's building a pot with 5's right? The thing that's worrying me is he called again when the ace came meaning he's either drawing/not worried/ donkish. I'm still going with blocking bet/ fold to a push since people always show up with weird [censored] like AT, 9T, 8's.

I bet. I think a flush draw is raised on that flop a lot by a guy with 30/20 stats.

If you have a loose image he might even be calling this flop with ace high.

Yes... my standard line would be to block/fold here for ~$30. I don't see much that's bluffing here, so check-calling should be out of the question.

I don't run into this problem a lot because playing this UTG is not so good. Then again, I don't play enough hands, so who am I to say.

I usually check here. If you bet out 1/2 pot or so you're gonna fold all the big ace hands because you're still repping a pig pair or that you caught the flush yourself. These hands may bet when checked to out since the river is a scare card. If he has a 9, I think it's more likely 89 or 9 10 which he will comfortably bet since you didn't like the flush card. Basically I think he'll bet with more hands that you beat than he'll call with, and I'm paying off a flush if the bet is about 40 or below. If you take this line, you cannot chicken out and fold. You'd be better off C/F. I want to keep this showdown cheap and get on to the next hand.

AK & AQ isn't stabbing at this? I think that's more likely than a flush don't you?

I think AK/AQ calls more often than they bet, especially with an aggressive image like A5 should have In my experience, if they do bet with those hands, it's usually a little post-oak bet like $10-15.
