UB rakeback payment [censored] ridiculous wtf

ok, so i get rb from rakerebate.net

during feb, i paid over $6800 in rake, my rakeback according to their site and my ptdb, should be around $2000 at 30% rb. yesterday i got my payment, only $1200, i emailed rakerebate.net and this is what i get

Dear Customer,

The stats on our site are not final and do not take into account final monthly adjustments.

25% of the bonus you cleared was deducted from the MGR (Marginal Gross Rake).

Additionally, there has been a huge increase in the Payment Processor fees for US players due to law regulations in US. Thus UB
deducted 20% of Payment Processor fees from the Rake Back.

In your case $612,23 has been charged as a Payment Processor Fee.

If you have any more questions or comments please let us know.

Regards,
Andreas Andersson

My rakeback has been incorrect (ie. lower) the last 2 months from there as well.

No reasonable explanation since I had nothing that could be deducted, no deposits, no withdrawals and no bonuses.

I use them also. My payment has also been about half what it "should be." It was that way in January and for February. Rakeback is barely worth thinking about now. Is this the case for all affiliates with UB or just rakerebate.net? I would be curious to hear from people who use other people.

not sure what's going on, but my RB has been substantially lower the last couple of months and I missed out on a couple of the bonuses...i made a withdrawal, but I'm not sure/think that was a big factor in my RB drop...

I am a US player.
No bonus clearance, No deposits, no withdrawals, no money transfers of any kind.
I use rakerebate.net

My rakeback is lower than what it should be by my PT stats and lower than rakerebate's estimate on my member page. Are they deducting for the pts to cash promo?
