Is this an easy fold or is there value in calling the river?

yeah you have to call the river. you're usually creamed though.

You're up against a pair and str8t draw or just random button/blind battle insanity just often enough to make this worth a call IMO. I don't think it is a big mistake either way.

Just thinking out loud, but does anyone like a free showdown raise on the turn? Unless the guy is a total spewtard, I'd think you could fold to a 3-bet pretty safely. Plus, if he is still drawing then you charge him the max.

drawing to what? if he just has some 9 he's betting the river anyways. if he has air he's folding or 3betting.

call flop cr. raise turn if its a blank. if its a spade wait for another blank to fall then raise

aa is not that strong on the flop

agree with prior 2 posts, sucks hard, i dont think it was played to poorly given turn and river completing flush potential, and str8 potential on board...
argh

This is very important, especially the last sentence. Your equity is going to change a lot depending on what turn card falls, so just call the flop check/raise and decide whether or not to raise after you see a fourth card.
