Did Annie Duke strangle the e-mail support staff at UB?
 
I've been requesting a tourney hand history for days now and they have yet to reply. I convinced a SNG addicted buddy of mine to give them a try about 8 hours ago and he has yet to receive his activation code.

They used to answer you within an hour. What's goin' on?

You use Yahoo email? I know UB's been having issues with them.

I'm using a non-public email account and it took them upwards of 5 days to repsond to each of my emails about a withdrawl issue i was having.

I think they've just outsourced their support and now it sucks, if it was ever very good to begin with. (during the month it took to process my cashout, they lost my ID I emailed them and failed to reply to me at all, twice. Awesome support).
