Anyone having trouble getting through to VC poker

They are not returning emails, and their phone lines are always busy.

I cant beleive how bad the service has been

VC Poker is moving to the 24hNetwork. Could have something to do with that.

I think VC Poker moved to the iPoker (Playtech) network. Is that the same thing is the 24hNetwork?

No, they are different.

I was about to say that I don't know much about it, as I haven't seen an official press release, but I just double-checked 24hNetwork's site and they have information about. Looks like only those from VC's Hebrew site are making the switch.

Every player I know there is saying the same thing. At least you aren't alone.
Let's just say this transition hasn't gone over well at all.

Yeah most of VC went to iPoker already. There are increasing bans on Israeli players which might explain the VC Hebrew site going to the 24hNetwork.

same s***,can't enter to my poker acct afer update,sent emails but have no answer,it's awfully.

It seriously sucks anyway, the turbo tables are so god damned fast bet sizing goes out of the window. If you're typing the amount "beep" time out, if you use the slider oops wrong bet size!

Yeah i just started playing the interface is realy a pain in the ass but the players are soooo bad there(talkin about 1/2 6max limit).
Btw how to use Pokertracker with VC now?Anyone can help me?
