Signed up for a 2nd UB account to get RB - now its frozen
 

So I've had an account with UB for a couple of years. I'm now playing full time so wanted to take advantage of rakeback. I signed up for a new account using TTRB as my referral. I then transferred funds from my old account to new and started playing. TTRB started listing the RB I was earning so everything looked good.

Things were fine for a couple of weeks but now my new account is frozen and when I try to log in it says 'Invalid User Name'. I can still access my old account ok however.

Has anyone had this happen to them? I thought you were allowed up to 3 accounts? Are the funds in the new account I set up safe? Am a bit worried as there's quite a significant amount in there, so any advice/info would be much appreciated.

very strange as i know i've done this as have other people...unless their terms just recently changed, i thought u were allowed up to 3...i would email memberservices and hopefully they'll get back to u within a month...try ur affilate though, if it's an RB issue, they can help, but i don't see y that would be the problem...

i think normally a deposit is used.

Just had a call from UB to check on my details.. random check on the account meant they froze it. Shame they didn't email me to tell me what was going on!

Account's gonna be reopened with 24 hrs

For you guys that opened a second (or third) account to get rakeback....how much of your personal information did you have to change.

More importantly...did you have use a different deposit method...with the current lack of viable options that could prove difficult.

...all I did was change my email address, but this has been years ago too.

I think it was here I read that UB allow 3 accounts per household - 2 can be in the same name but the other has to be different. Or something like that anyway.

I created a 3rd account by clicking on my affiliate's link, used a new email and finally deposited with my new epassporte account.

Everything is working great. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
