got soaked today in the rain
 

i am in brandon by the sea, oregon and boy did it rain and wet was the word.
but did find some nice agates on the beach in the downpour. so far the trip down the coast has been fun with my favorite stop in lincoln city. next on to cresent city, cal, then to fort bragg and bodega bay and san fran to visit diablo, sucker, boris and the rest of the crew who likes to eat.

no its the greatful bread on the main street. best little place to eat and i had the best marrionberry rhubarb pie there the other day. i also climbed the sand dune hill by the pub and looked out over the ocean from uptop.
also the hawks grill in neskowin has great pizza -wood fire oven they brought in from germanyand its a fun place to eat as well.

Im about to go run 4 miles in the rain.
Running in the rain is my 2nd favorite, behind running while it's snowing.

running is indeed a good way to lose weight. a better way is to always put your hands on the rim of a table whenever you sit down and push outward. that exercise will do the most good.
