Villain is running 20/15/4.3 for like 340 hands

Fold preflop OOP? I have some problems with SC of this kind. It´s not really EV + to be HU OOP with this hand against this kind of villain right? Or?

On stats alone he's prob a half decent player, hence, fold.

against a lagtard it's a simple call

i don't think folding is much of a mistake though, just personal preference.
