Re: 50NL 6m - QQ overpair on flop

it's a re-raised pot flop bet is spot on.

what kinds of hands is villain showing down?
and how often are you 3betting people preflop??

if he likes TPTK I snap call and stack his AJ most of the time. If he's more of a nit this is a simple fold.

He basically either has a set and you're crushed - or he has TPTK (maybe with a handy bonus nfd)- or he has a small pair and thinks your AK just missed.

tbh vs a tight/passive type I tend to read flop min-raises as big hands here not wanting me to fold - and I fold. Mostly cos I don't think these types of players have the cojones to bluff me after I re-raise them pre all that often. and I think that if he was bluffing at me and he was the type of player who I could see running a bluff that he'd raise more than a min-raise (what size are his other raises?)

I'd snap call with AA - QQ means that 2 more hands in his range are beating us... but I often get shown sets here when I do call with AA and then look like an idiot.

very nice, clear and complete advice, thx for that.
I totally agree and to your second question, i think if you bet like 10-11 and he minraises its much easier to play(fold) imo.
