Hand Histories

Hi,

First post after looking around the forum for a bit.

All the hand histories I've seen have 'Hero' as the players name. Is there an application that does this for you or are people copying their hands and altering the details?

Probably a stupid question but I'd like to know.

Cheers,
Rob.

Hi there, I'm new, too.

Im having problems converting hands. The pregopoker thing just gives me "Application Error (Rails)" and the one linked above is missing the betting on the turn for some reason and doesnt add it to the pot value either.

Eg. see hand below.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (10 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

UTG ($25.95)
UTG+1 ($19.05)
Hero ($25.85)
MP1 ($4.65)
MP2 ($25)
MP3 ($31.80)
CO ($31.85)
Button ($22.55)
SB ($18.35)
BB ($14.50)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+2 with 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. MP2 posts a blind of $0.25. SB posts a blind of $0.10.
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, UTG+1 calls $0.25, Hero calls $0.25, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP2 (poster) checks, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $1</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, UTG+1 calls $0.75, Hero calls $0.75, MP2 folds.

Flop: ($3.60) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
UTG+1 checks, Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">CO bets $2</font>, UTG+1 folds, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $4</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $9</font>, Hero calls $5.

Turn: ($21.60) 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>

River: ($21.60) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>

Final Pot: $21.60

Results in white below: <font color="#FFFFFF">
Hero has 8h 8d (three of a kind, eights).
CO has Qh Qc (three of a kind, queens).
Outcome: CO wins $21.60. </font>

Is there maybe a FAQ about hand converters somewhere?
