raise alot more preflop if your going to raise it.
I would bet less on the flop since its such a dry board, maybe 600, as played I would probably also fold to the raise.

I don't like a fold here. I think you're looking for an excuse to fold. You're behind 3 hands here. He's not limping JJ+. IMO this raise can mean overcards, 88 77 66 even 55 if he's bold. I like a push and if he has a set oh well but if not you scoop a nice pot. You're letting yourself get pushed around with an overpair on an uncoordinated board. Establish an "I don't [censored] around" image. If he does have a set then i'm sorry for the horrid advice.

I have seen this play on several occasions where villian DID limp with JJ+ looking for exactly a flop like this. However, much more often this is A9 or 88 who puts you on missed over cards. I'm calling here and sighing if villain shows down a monster. I think this is a worse hand than TT often enough to make it a +eV play

Well like you said imo more often you're ahead then behind. If player has shown to be tight then lay it down I suppose. Even then i'd be pretty hard pressed to lay this down here. Maybe I suck but people limping with JJ+ here and not coming over the top at all with so much action pre-flop is unlikely.
