I generally don't ever stop reraising preflop if I have aces, so the question is would the BB? With those stack sizes, it's certainly possible that he could, but I think it's more likely that he has KK or QQ, and he is putting you on AK. Other less likely possiblities obviously exist (like a small pair that turned into a set), but I would think at least 65% of the time he has QQ or the other two Ks, 25% chance of AA.
