PF, FLop and Turn are all good time to get value?

PF specially

I don't understand why you played this hand so passively, particularly as the flop is drawy. Even if villain isn't 3-betting light there are still plenty of hands you don't want to give a free card. At the very least, a lot of cards could shut your opp. down. This seems even more true on the turn. As played I guess its villain dependent on the river. Maybe you get some value on the end. How is betting 1/3 pot and folding to a raise? Maybe check-calling is better, I don't know.

You played this hand like a girl scout.

all prior passive play aside, why wouldn't you value bet this river?

With a 3-flush and 4 to a straight showing I wonder if there is any value against some villains (obviously there is plenty against a lot of villians). Tbh though I think I often miss value on the river with this sort of thinking :-(

i really dont care if you berate the play but add something useful to the thread at the same time.

i shouldve raised the flop, after I missed that I knew the ace and completed draw on turn would scare him off so i thought id fire on the river until the 4th straight card came then i thought value? no... cuz i cant call a raise.. and i checked.

Off course you can call a raise, you only lose to 99.
