NETELLER FACTS FROM WALL ST

after using this site for months and never posting I decided that I just had to in order to put all the rumors aside. As for my credentials, i work for morgan stanley in the emerging markets division based out of NYC. TO start, NETELLER is not going out of business, it is not a viable option, nor would it help the two officers who are charged. The problem right now is twofold. First just as if everyone went to the bank at once there isnt enough immediate liquidity available to fulfill all the requests. Second and more importantly the officers at neteller currently are not looking to snub their noses at the government right now. No one is sure exactly how this is going to play out, they are all scared that if they process payouts to the U.S. in light of the recent arrests they will really tick off the goverment. They are working with their lawyers right now to figure out what can and cannot be done. I can provide much more information to anyone who really cares, and also do a lot of banking overseas and can advise you how to setup an account overthere if you really have a large sum you need to get out, feel free to reach me at [email protected] or on aol instant messenger at "venturecapkid" thanks and good luck and stop worrying,

Why would they be "snubbing their noses" at the US by paying US citizens? This makes no sense.

well lets see, this is why I get so aggravated, if they conduct any type of business that the US says is illegal they would be engaging in further criminal activity after an indictment has already been announced, please use your head, just like selling marijuana after it was outlawed, not illegal prior but once it is you are hit

I do not have any where near the knowledge you do but what you say seems to make alot of sense. I can see how and why it is playing out exactly as you describe. Good post.

with probably 400 000 or so active us neteller users, neteller could hold that money hostage in retaliation to the illegal detention of the neteller founders in the us. if those that are owed money decided to call the doj, their congressmen and senator every day, mabye something would change.

Wouldn't they be committing another crime by failing to pay that would yield conseqences equal to or greater than the ones their worried about, i.e. fraud? Again, the logic behind that part of your post is flawed.

No, not at all. You really think the DOJ give's a rat's arse about getting money back to 'gambling' Americans? PLEAZZZE. They couldn't care less if we ever got our $ back from Neteller or not. Whoever is truly behind the new laws (guesses: big US casinos?, crazy right-wingers?) just want to shut the channels to online gaming off and if current US online gamblers loose $$$...I'm sure the rulers that be would say we deserve it. I believe the OP's (whether he is who he says he is or not) opinion is exactly the case. Just MHO.
