Sportsbook deposit/withdrawal questions?

Let me apologize in advance if this has been posted already. I have been using VIP, being that Neteller is no longer valid in the US (for wagering transactions). What are the US customers using to deposit and more importantly withdraw cash from sportsbooks? Thank you in advance.
