big draw vs Loosey OOP Line check

Villain is ultra loose 77/39/1.18 and has been giving me fits since I've been OOP unless he's in blinds, and have been cold decked this whole session against him. What's my line here? Had another tough hand on another table so didn't think this through properly. Push turn here? As played, what about river?

I'm inclined to say you shouldn't bet the turn - villain is loose, and seems unfazed by your flop raise. I'd check and hope that he either checks behind or bets small enough to give me odds to draw. Your hand is weak, and even your flush draw isn't that great.

if he's loose, why are you bluffing him? The reason why playing big draws strong is advocated is because of FE, you clearly have very little. However, your implied odds are great, terrible place to semi-bluff. Call flop and turn (check as played) and fold river.
