I listen to an oscillating tone, that oscillates at 35Hz.

Your brainwaves then quickly sync to the tone. 35 hz is considered something called a beta state. When your brain is in a beta state you are able to concentrate with laser focus.

I will PM you a link, or anyone else that wants it. I don't want to just post a link because people with epilipsy or a history of seizures can experience seizures while listening.
