Creating a Wikipedia entry
Has anyone ever done this before? I would like to submit an entry into the Wikipedia database, but am unsure as to how to do it, and do it properly.
Advice? |
Re: Creating a Wikipedia entry
just do it, there are a ton of regulars on wiki who will fix your post if you do anything wrong

Re: Creating a Wikipedia entry
Well, we're actually trying to make an entry about this friend we have. 3/4 it being a joke, 1/4 for real.

Re: Creating a Wikipedia entry
Unless your friend has done something significant, it will get deleted once somebody who cares comes across it.

Re: Creating a Wikipedia entry
i was actually wondering this today. can wiki's be made for non famous people? like could el diablo have a wiki since he has made a lot of somewhat important points here and they could be compiled and that could be a reasonable wiki? or do they have to be famous to the general public? i guess im just wondering what the guidelines for this would be.]
