are they just poker strategy videos or are they videos of hu matches that show each player's cards?

If you only want it to see the Heads Up videos and not the cash games, you should probably just buy the videos instead of subscribing. They are like $5 or so. They are pretty good, but I think there are only a handful of HU SNG vids.

Erdricks, they are just recordings of the SNG as it is occuring with the player's commentary while he is playing.

Re: How helpful are the CR-Videos??

I have watched all the HUSNG videos and did not find them particularly helpful. I was hoping to pick up a move or two but the authors did not really seem like expert HUSNG players over the few games captured on video.

For a beginning player or someone who is struggling to make a profit, I'm sure there would be some reasonable value in watching these. And, for the price, if you pick up anything at all, it's probably worth it. So it's probably worth it.

At least half of the games appear to be against horrible opponents. While it is certainly valuable to think about how to capitalize on a bad player's weaknesses, it isn't that enlightening to watch someone beat up an opponent who thinks that top pair no kicker is the nuts.

if you are have trouble improving/making a profit there are two options:

--1-- move in stakes
--2-- post hand histories
