General advice you have for someone just about to graduate college...
 

I turned 22 last week and am about to graduate from college with degrees in international business and marketing. I live in Southern California at home still. Any general advice for me as I get ready to step into the real world, hopefully making some decent money and getting my own place soon?

Preferably house or condo. Stop renting and start owning as soon as possible.
